Mr. Pankaj Keswani is a first-generation entrepreneur. Post his MBA in 1982, he set up an aluminum fabrication plant in Bangalore in 1984 having borrowed fifty thousand rupees from friends and relatives. 

Over a period of 40 years while Mr. Keswani was Founder & MD, he took Alufit International to great heights, and it is no surprise that it is today India's number one aluminum façade company both in terms of revenue and bottom line. But, in 2024 Dec. Mr. Keswani sold his 25% stake to Schuco International a German conglomerate after having sold 75% to it earlier in Oct 21. With the liquidity at his disposal, he set up 84 Investments, a SFO (Single family Office) in 2023 and the company now invests in Equities, in the listed and unlisted space, in private markets, funds, bonds, InvITs and also as an angel and seed investor with a substantial stake in a few entities. In addition to investing in the market, Mr. Keswani has now, along with Dr. Nayan Shah set up Mayfair '84, a real estate and hospitality focused enterprise with its first flagship venture, a 250 acre plus villa and hospitality project under development at Ahmedabad.

A graduate of Les Roches, Switzerland, in Global Hospitality and Business Administration, Anay combines global business insight with a deep-rooted passion for property development.

Since joining the company in 2021, he has been instrumental in driving digitization, organizational excellence, and the delivery of luxury projects across MMR. Leading HR, IT, and Construction, Anay champions product and people excellence. His vision extends beyond Mumbai spearheading Mayfair's Ahmedabad plotted development while pursuing his passion as a professional polo player and founder of Mayfair Polo.
